This is Erianne's graduation present from her committee and committee chair. The dissertation defense went great! The committee members commented that her dissertation was "a real joy to read," "very eloquently written," and "one of the best that I have ever read!" (Three different quotes from three different members). After she finished her defense presentation they asked a few questions and sent all non-committee members into the hall. After 5 minutes (sometimes those meeting go for hours) they call her back in. She walked into them applauding and saying "Congratulations Doctor Weight!" They then gave her this plaque. Congratulations Doctor Erianne Allen Weight!
